If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect and store your email address in Supabase. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

Booking Information

Escape room bookings and payments are processed through Xola, a third-party booking platform. Any personal information provided during the booking process (name, payment details, waivers) is governed by Xola's Privacy Policy. We do not store your payment information.

Our website uses the following third-party services:

• Xola — booking, payments, and waiver collection
• Sanity — content management system (public content only)
• Supabase — storage for contact form submissions and newsletter signups
• Vercel Analytics — anonymous page view and event analytics; no personally identifiable information is collected
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment infrastructure

Contact form submissions and newsletter email addresses are retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
