How It Works
Better Than a Plastic Card
No Expiration
Codes never expire. Recipients book whenever they are ready — next month, next year, whenever.
Dollar Credit, Not a Ticket
Gift cards are credit applied to the booking total — not a single admission. Recipients still book a group of 2–8.
Transferable
Anyone holding the code can redeem it. Pass it along — we won't check IDs at checkout.
Carry-Forward Balance
If a redemption uses less than the full balance, the remainder stays on the same code for future bookings.

At checkout, include a short note that appears in the recipient's gift email — perfect for special occasions.

How the Code Gets Used

Recipient gets the code by email
Sent to them directly, or to the purchaser to forward — purchaser's call at checkout.

They book a room normally
Pick a date, time, and group size of 2–8 like any other booking. No solo bookings — the 2-player minimum still applies.
- 03
Code applied at checkout
Enter the code on the Xola booking page. The dollar credit comes off the pre-tax subtotal automatically.
- 04
Pay the remainder
If the booking exceeds the gift card balance, pay the difference by card. Any leftover credit stays on the code for next time.
Gift Card Terms
- Gift cards have no expiration date — codes remain redeemable indefinitely.
- Gift cards are non-refundable for cash and cannot be exchanged for currency.
- Codes are transferable — anyone in possession of the code may redeem it.
- The 2-player room minimum still applies to redemptions. Solo bookings are not supported — the recipient must book a group of 2–8 and pay the per-person rate for any players beyond the gift card balance.
- Multiple gift cards may be combined on a single booking; balances are applied sequentially against the pre-tax subtotal until the subtotal reaches zero or all codes are exhausted.
- Any unused balance after a redemption carries forward on the same code for future bookings.
